Though it offers all the amenities, including wifi and satellite tv with premium channels, the Medlock Place Guesthouse retains  the charm of the surrounding  Medlock Place Historic District, established in 1928 and featuring large estate homes on lush half acre lots.

You'll find gourmet grocery shopping as well as a wide variety of other shops and restaurants right in the neighborhood, and it's quick to get to the rest of the city, too: A stop on Phoenix's new and efficient Valley Metro light rail  is only a block away and there's easy freeway access.
